Yes, you get unlimited adjustments and support! Just send your request from your client dashboard and we’ll typically process your request within 2 to 3 business days. Unlimited adjustments include content modifications and minor design changes. Support covers help with your website features, explanations on how to modify or manage different elements, and assistance with your add-ons. We’re here to support you in using all aspects of your online presence.

You can edit your site’s content and manage your add-ons (bookings, products, courses, etc.) directly. For technical modifications, we encourage you to use your client dashboard with our unlimited support, this prevents breaking critical elements like SEO or essential features. During site management, we retain administrator access to protect your investment and avoid issues that affect thousands of sites every day: plugin conflicts that break functionality, incompatible updates that take sites offline, and security vulnerabilities that compromise your customer data. We exclusively use tested and proven premium plugins. We encourage using our existing add-ons as they’re already perfectly integrated, compatible, and optimised, allowing us to keep your monthly management and subscription costs as affordable as possible. Requests to integrate new plugins require a compatibility assessment ($150 fee) and may be refused if they present security or stability risks to your site. At the end of your initial 4-month contract, you own all your site files and can choose to host it elsewhere with full access if you wish.

If your site has multiple additional features and requires more space than what’s included in the basic plan, an upgrade is entirely possible. We can increase your storage in 5 GB increments for only $15 per month. This flexibility allows us to keep our basic plans affordable for everyone.

While our management plans are primarily designed for websites created by AnimoClic, we welcome new clients looking to establish long-term partnerships with our agency. Your site will need to be evaluated to verify its compatibility and ensure smooth integration into our management processes.
